Project Description

Within the scope of the new construction project of the bypass Hemmingen (B3, Hannover region, Germany), two sub-projects in the Bockstraße (HEM 10) and Pattenser Feldweg (HEM13) were designed by gbc engineers. 

 

The federal highway 3 connects the middle centers Alfeld and Einbeck in South Saxony, as well as in connection with the federal highway 240 and 64, it connects the area Holzminden / Höxter with the provincial capital and the upper center of Hannover. The B3 has an important function in commercial traffic. As a gateway to the state capital of Hannover, it also services an important role in commuter traffic. 

- HEM 10: Overpass bridge at Bockstraße, east of the county road 225 (Stadtweg / Sohlkamp) between Devese, Ohlandorf and Arnum. Span 32.00 m, width 6.00 m.

- HEM 13: Overpass bridge at Pettenser Feldweg, west of B2 between Arnum and Patternsen. Span 30.50 m, width 6.00 m.
