🔹 Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the end-to-end recruitment process for both local and international positions, including engineering, BIM, management, and administrative roles.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, define selection criteria, and design effective sourcing strategies.

🔹 Requirements
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a technical or multinational environment (engineering, construction, or architecture preferred).

Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent sourcing, and market insights.

General
- Receive assignments from Project Manager/ Design Manager or above.
Lead, Train and coach Team Members
- Coach new team members about their work (ex. software, way to name files, European code, Company standard, etc.)

- Assure minimum average performance of team is met at average rate (delivered planned hours/ working time >70%);

Develop Procedures
- Develop processes and procedures to support and improve design practices;
- Develop and propose improvements to design processes and procedures;
- Develop gbc design standards and company handbooks.
Report
- Report on the progression of drawing completions, and ensure the timely completion of all allocated projects;
- Report on employee performance monthly; Prepare team performance overview for the previous month and provide to Team Manager according to deadlines given by HR department; Check if the performance overview is correct;
- Report to HR and Team Manager if any team member does not follow working time/approved Overtime/assigned tasks/QA/QS Procedures;
- Registers of error drawings in QAQC Issues of document lists;
- Report team performance to Team Manager and HR on time according to deadline set by HR department;
- Submit team bonus application to Team Manager on time according to bonus agreement regulation.
Others
