Lead, Train and coach Team Members

• Coach new team members about their work (ex. software, way to name files, European code, Company standard, etc.)

• Identify reason for lack of performance and inform Team Manager or Line Manager. 
• Assure minimum average performance of team is met at average rate (delivered planned hours/ working time >70%);

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung der Projektleiter: Abstimmungen, Planungsgrundlagen prüfen und abfordern, Nachtragsmanagement
• Lesen und ggf. Aufstellen von Statiken und Vorbereitung der Inhalte für die Konstruktionsabteilung

Als Projektingenieur/in in der Tragwerksplanung wirst Du von Anfang an in anspruchsvolle Projekte eingebunden – Du arbeitest mit, denkst mit und bringst Dich technisch ein. Von der Vorplanung bis zur Ausführungsplanung, über mehrere HOAI-Leistungsphasen hinweg.

Du arbeitest in kleinen, schlagkräftigen Projektteams direkt mit Engineering Leads, Prüfingenieur:innen und Bauherren zusammen.

DEINE AUFGABEN

→ Tragwerksplanung für Hoch-, Industrie- und Ingenieurbauwerke – von der Vorplanung bis zur Ausführungsplanung
→ Statische Berechnungen im Massiv- und Stahlbau (optional auch Verbund- oder Holzbau)
→ FEM-Analysen und Anwendung gängiger Statiksoftware
→ BIM-gestützte Planung und 3D-Modellierung als fester Bestandteil Deiner Arbeit
→ Abstimmung mit Prüfingenieur:innen, Fachplaner:innen, Bauherren und internationalen Standorten
→ Qualitätssicherung, Termin- und Kostenkontrolle unter Anleitung erfahrener Ingenieur:innen

 

DEIN PROFIL

→ Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Schwerpunkt konstruktiver Ingenieurbau
→ Ideal 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Tragwerksplanung – frische Absolvent:innen sind ebenfalls willkommen

Responsibilities

• As Head of the Structural Engineering Department, you will be responsible for leading the department and independently managing and overseeing complex projects.
• You will participate in planning and construction meetings with clients, project owners, and other professionals involved in the design and construction process, particularly regarding structural engineering drawings (layout, formwork, and reinforcement plans).
