Division ManagerDivision ManagerResponsibilities
Project management and responsible for the comprehensive implementations of the entire projects which Group Director/Board of Director assigned to division.
1. Project Management:
Fully acknowledge the project’s scope of services, well capture all the instructions from Group Director/Board of Director and meticulously organize with all related teams to develop the project schedule, workload, manpower, timeline, budget, quality, risk assessment and solutions… for the effective and qualified project execution plan. Closely monitor the assigned projects (both technical and contractual issues) and appropriately control status during the project progresses.
2. External collaboration:
Review, evaluate and consult with clients (and other external stakeholders) for all the project information including the technical clarifications, all instructions, requirements, standards, or any other information, to ensure the team are fully understand the project outcomes.
3. Odoo record:
Assure correct records for all task status/submissions on Odoo platform. Remind and require team members/leaders update project status on Odoo properly.
4. Budget:
Assure planned hours of all tasks/sub-task in project milestones to meet the assigned budget. Ensure the accomplishment of any revenue targets assigned by Board of Director.
5. Meeting:
Conduct the periodical meetings (internal & external) to assure all project-related changes are updated for all relevant person in charge.
6. Report:
Make a report as requested, especially a project completion report
7. Support other divisions/departments (if needed) for project management.
Division organization and management: Arrange team structure and responsible for the division administration. Maintain the teams with effective performances and positive attitudes. Supervise work performances of team members to ensure the quality of division operation
People management: Well plan and properly allocate project manpower resources, workload, evaluation, and oversee the people management for the developments of team. Evaluation requirements of the project, prepare appropriate training course to upgrade the technical skill of team members/leader.
Develop and improve company procedure and workflow (SOP); instruct and require team’s member for the SOP compliance.

- Receive assignments from the Team Leader or Design Manager and perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Study job-related codes and regulations including Eurocode, technical guidelines on engineering practice, product specifications etc. and fully understand rules and regulations.
- Self-educate based on self-study guideline and topics proposed by line manager.
- Read carefully structural analysis to understand the requirements.
- Review sketches, specifications, and other engineering data received from Clients, Architects and implement;
- Prepare BIM models and design drawings based on the provided structural analysis following company design standards and SOPs;
- Be fully responsible for the quality and up-to-date of the design drawing assigned;
- Be responsible for all clarifications and queries related to drawing, communicating, and coordinating with the team leader
- Be responsible for deadlines, inform the Team Leader in advance if any deadline cannot be met, and provide for solution;
- Coordinate with the Team Leader and QA to ensure the quality of drawings is met at any time, follow strictly the QA procedure of the company;
- Produce models and drawings in full compliance with the company’s QA/QC procedure; Coordinate with the QA Eng Team Leader for any arisen matters;
- Coordinate with the Team Leader and QA Engineer for any arisen matters;
- Undertake QA tasks, check, review, correct, and sign own or assigned design drawings before every submission;
- Report on the progression of drawing completions, and ensure the timely completion of all assigned drawings based on the time schedule prepared by the team leader; ensure meeting personal performance level set by the Company.

- Bachelor of Engineering
- Good Revit, Creating Revit Family
- Can Visualize and present the model in drawings
- Understand the structure design standard
- Can coordinate with other disciplines
- Able to think globally and work with various cultures/backgrounds.

- Can communicate in English

1. Job Advertisement & Posting
- Work closely with Team Leader / Project Manager / Director to understand about recruiting demand & timeline.
- Create Job Advertisement following company formats.
- Posting Job Advertisements on career websites, Fan pages, LinkedIn, etc. Propose best packages for Job advertisements to attract most candidates.
- Organize test & interviews for shortlisted applicants.
- Manage existing candidate database to exploit for future positions.
2. Develop internal and external recruitment source
- Keep close relationship with Career Service Company, University, vocational centres, etc.
- Participate in developing company brand in outside activities (job fair, workshop) or in candidate’s eyes.
3. Employee profiles management
- Collect all required documents from new staffs, included CV, Application letter, Health Check result, Qualifications, ID and Residence Book, …
- Manage employee’s profiles in proper manner & keep it always up to date.
B. Welcoming new-hires
- Work with relevant departments to ensure facilities and equipment are readily available before the joining date of new-hires.
- Develop Orientation programs and ensure all new-hires be trained about this.
- Introduce new-hires to everybody and support them any time to ensure their smooth induction into company.
C. Probation Follow-up
- Follow up probation time of new-hires & notify HR Manager in case they resign.
- Arrange probation evaluation meeting at least 10 days before the probation contracts ends
- Official Labour Contract should finish with both side’s signature at least 3 days before the end date of probation contract.
D. Termination process
- Support HR Manager to develop termination process.
- Prepare Decision of Termination Labour Contract & Hand-over reports in case Employees terminate Labour Contract.
E. Survey: Prepare new hire survey, training and update report
F. Report: Weekly and monthly report
G. Other tasks if required.
Your Profile
- At least 5 years’ experience in recruitment
- Preferred experience in Consulting/ Construction sector or IT Software Development
- Excellent knowledge in recruitment/ talent acquisition
- Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration or HR
- Good communication skills in English language. At least B1 English skills
- Being able to respect tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with staff, peers, and industry colleagues/contacts in a team environment.
- Able to think globally and work with various cultures/backgrounds.
- Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to a wide variety of tasks and functions.
