DEIN PROFIL

→ Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Schwerpunkt konstruktiver Ingenieurbau
→ Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Tragwerksplanung
→ Anerkannte Fachkompetenz und Netzwerk im deutschen Markt (Bauherren, Prüfingenieur:innen, Behörden)
→ Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Ingenieur:innen oder Projektteams

Als Projektleiter/in in der Tragwerksplanung trägst Du die Verantwortung für Deine Projekte von der ersten Skizze bis zur Abnahme. Du führst, je nach Projekt, 1–3 Mitarbeitende am deutschen Standort, koordinierst eng mit unserem Engineering-Team in Vietnam und bist das Gesicht gegenüber Bauherren und Prüfingenieur:innen. YOUR MISSION AT GBC ENGINEERS

As IT Senior System Administrator in our Vietnam office, you manage and maintain the full scope of our IT infrastructure — Windows and Linux servers, networks, virtualisation, and backup systems. You are the go-to person for complex technical issues and take an active role in automation and system optimisation. You report to the Group IT Manager and work closely with international teams across Germany and Southeast Asia.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

→ Manage and monitor all installed systems and IT infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers and environments
→ Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure optimal performance
→ Proactively maintain system availability, data integrity, and operational reliability across all platforms
→ Implement and manage security, backup, and redundancy strategies to safeguard company data and systems
→ Develop and maintain custom scripts to automate processes and improve operational efficiency
→ Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support, troubleshooting system and network issues effectively
→ Collaborate with vendors, IT partners, and internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges
→ Monitor and optimise network performance, storage, and virtualisation systems (e.g. VMware)
→ Maintain and document IT configurations, updates, and procedures to support continuous improvement
→ Perform additional tasks and projects assigned by the Group IT Manager

YOUR PROFILE

 Qualifications & Experience

 → Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
→ Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or in a similar technical role
→ Professional certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, or LPI are a strong advantage

Technical Expertise

→ Solid hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems (installation, configuration, and administration)
→ Knowledge of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), patch management, and system security
→ Proficiency in managing Office 365, email servers, antivirus software, backup systems, and printers
→ Experience with virtualisation platforms (e.g. VMware) and data backup/recovery solutions
→ Strong scripting and automation skills to enhance system performance and reliability

IT Operations & Support

→ Oversee all aspects of IT infrastructure management, including networks, servers, software systems, and end-user devices
→ Lead the IT Helpdesk operations, ensuring timely resolution of all support requests and incidents

IT Policy & Strategy

 Trong vai trò BIM Engineer, bạn sẽ phát triển và duy trì các mô hình BIM cho dự án kết cấu, phối hợp chặt chẽ với kỹ sư, kiến trúc sư và các nhóm đa bộ môn, đồng thời mang chuyên môn về chất lượng và độ chính xác vào mọi giai đoạn của quá trình thiết kế — từ ý tưởng đến triển khai thực tế.

TRÁCH NHIỆM CÔNG VIỆC

→ Phát triển và duy trì các mô hình BIM cho dự án kết cấu bằng các phần mềm BIM hàng đầu trên thị trường, đảm bảo độ chính xác và hiệu quả
→ Phối hợp chặt chẽ với kỹ sư kết cấu, kiến trúc sư và các nhóm đa chuyên ngành để tích hợp mô hình kết cấu vào tổng thể thiết kế dự án
→ Triển khai và thể hiện chi tiết các mô hình và bản vẽ 2D/3D của các cấu kiện kết cấu như bê tông cốt thép (đổ tại chỗ và bê tông đúc sẵn) và kết cấu thép
→ Đảm bảo tất cả mô hình và bản vẽ tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn dự án, quy chuẩn ngành và yêu cầu chất lượng
→ Thực hiện clash detection và đưa ra các đề xuất liên quan đến BIM nhằm nâng cao chất lượng thiết kế
→ Hỗ trợ xây dựng và cải tiến các tiêu chuẩn BIM và quy trình làm việc trong toàn công ty

YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN

 → Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật Xây dựng hoặc Kỹ thuật Kết cấu
→ Có từ 0–2 năm kinh nghiệm về BIM modelling (đối với cấp độ Junior) hoặc có nhiều năm kinh nghiệm kỹ thuật vững chắc đối với cấp độ Middle/Senior
→ Thành thạo phần mềm BIM như Revit, Allplan hoặc Tekla (đối với cấp độ có kinh nghiệm)
→ Có hiểu biết tốt về nguyên lý thiết kế kết cấu và phương pháp thi công

→ Assist the Project Manager in planning, organising, and monitoring infrastructure projects
→ Coordinate project information between Vietnam and Germany, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates
→ Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, logs, meeting minutes, and technical transmittals
→ Support the tracking of project progress, deliverables, risks, and deadlines
→ Assist in preparing technical submissions, tender packages, presentations, and client-support materials

→ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

YOUR MISSION AT GBC ENGINEERS

As Design Manager, you will lead the implementation and coordination of structural and BIM engineering design across our Vietnam division. Working closely with Project Managers and the Division Head, you will be the technical authority on projects — ensuring quality, compliance, and innovation from concept through delivery. You will also play a pivotal role in developing the next generation of engineers at GBC.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

→ Participate in the management and execution of engineering projects; support Project Managers in meetings and respond to technical queries with authority
→ Define scope of service, estimate effort, break down tasks into work packages, and assist PMs in planning and scheduling design activities
→ Monitor project progress, track hours against budget, manage resource allocation, and coordinate with PMs to ensure smooth and timely delivery of all deliverables
→ Own all technical solutions within assigned projects — providing expert guidance and innovative answers to complex engineering challenges
→ Review and approve engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards
→ Appraise structural design quality across models, calculations, documents, sketches, and drawings; lead final checks before client submission
→ Collect client feedback through Project Managers and drive continuous improvement in service quality and technical output
→ Implement strict quality control measures and conduct regular technical audits to maintain consistent standards across all projects
→ Coach, mentor, and train team members on structural engineering topics; support development of both technical and soft skills
→ Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture built on knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
→ Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in structural engineering; ensure adherence to safety standards throughout the project lifecycle

YOUR PROFILE

Qualifications & Experience

→ Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
→ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior engineering role
→ Track record of managing design teams and delivering complex projects on time and to standard

Technical Expertise

→ Strong command of structural analysis, engineering calculations, and technical documentation
→ Experience with BIM tools and modern structural engineering software
→ Solid knowledge of international codes, regulations, and industry standards (Eurocodes or equivalent)

Soft Skills

→ Excellent leadership and mentoring ability — capable of guiding a team through technical and organisational challenges
→ Strong communication skills for client interaction, PM collaboration, and cross-team coordination
→ Detail-oriented with a quality-first mindset and a proactive approach to risk management
→ Fluent in English (written and spoken); Vietnamese is a plus

SỨ MỆNH CỦA BẠN TẠI GBC ENGINEERS

Trong vai trò Design Manager, bạn sẽ dẫn dắt việc triển khai và điều phối công tác thiết kế kết cấu và BIM trong toàn bộ division tại Việt Nam. Làm việc chặt chẽ với Project Manager và Division Head, bạn sẽ đóng vai trò là chuyên gia kỹ thuật chính trên các dự án — đảm bảo chất lượng, tuân thủ và đổi mới xuyên suốt từ giai đoạn ý tưởng đến khi bàn giao. Đồng thời, bạn cũng giữ vai trò quan trọng trong việc phát triển thế hệ kỹ sư tiếp theo tại GBC.

TRÁCH NHIỆM CÔNG VIỆC

→ Tham gia quản lý và triển khai các dự án kỹ thuật; hỗ trợ Project Manager trong các cuộc họp và trả lời các vấn đề kỹ thuật một cách chuyên sâu
→ Xác định phạm vi công việc, ước tính khối lượng, phân chia thành các gói công việc và hỗ trợ PM trong lập kế hoạch và tiến độ thiết kế
→ Theo dõi tiến độ dự án, kiểm soát giờ công so với ngân sách, quản lý phân bổ nguồn lực và phối hợp với PM để đảm bảo bàn giao đúng hạn và hiệu quả
→ Chịu trách nhiệm về toàn bộ giải pháp kỹ thuật trong các dự án được phân công — cung cấp định hướng chuyên môn và giải pháp sáng tạo cho các vấn đề kỹ thuật phức tạp
→ Rà soát và phê duyệt các tính toán, bản vẽ và специfications nhằm đảm bảo tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn, quy định và yêu cầu kỹ thuật
→ Đánh giá chất lượng thiết kế kết cấu trên các mô hình, tính toán, tài liệu, sketch và bản vẽ; thực hiện kiểm tra cuối cùng trước khi gửi cho khách hàng
→ Thu thập phản hồi từ khách hàng thông qua Project Manager và thúc đẩy cải tiến liên tục về chất lượng dịch vụ và sản phẩm kỹ thuật
→ Triển khai các biện pháp kiểm soát chất lượng chặt chẽ và thực hiện audit kỹ thuật định kỳ nhằm duy trì tiêu chuẩn đồng nhất trên tất cả các dự án
→ Đào tạo, mentoring và phát triển đội ngũ kỹ sư về chuyên môn kết cấu; hỗ trợ phát triển cả kỹ năng kỹ thuật và kỹ năng mềm

YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN

Trình độ & Kinh nghiệm

→ Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật Xây dựng hoặc Kỹ thuật Kết cấu (ưu tiên Thạc sĩ)
→ Tối thiểu 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kỹ thuật kết cấu, trong đó có ít nhất 2 năm ở vai trò senior hoặc leadership
→ Có kinh nghiệm quản lý đội ngũ thiết kế và triển khai các dự án phức tạp đúng tiến độ và tiêu chuẩn

Chuyên môn kỹ thuật

→ Nắm vững phân tích kết cấu, tính toán kỹ thuật và lập hồ sơ kỹ thuật
→ Có kinh nghiệm với các công cụ BIM và phần mềm thiết kế kết cấu hiện đại

🔹Key Responsibilities

 Project Management

• Lead and oversee end-to-end project delivery within your division, ensuring all milestones meet timeline, budget, and quality targets.

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, resources, schedules, budgets, and risk management.

• Monitor project performance, resolve technical and contractual issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

• Monitor and analyze Odoo project records to ensure accurate task tracking and reporting.

🔹Requirements

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in design and engineering, including at least 1 year in a management role within a structural design firm.
