Adrian Grabara

Position: Co-Founder & General Director

Degree: M.Eng., Membership of Board of Engineers Germany, Registered Structural Engineer in Germany

Adrian Grabara is the General Director of gbc engineers. He graduated from Beuth University of Applied Sciences in Berlin and obtained both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees with honors. In the past, he worked for leading construction and engineering consulting companies. Mr. Grabara has diverse expertise and experience in civil and structural design, project and contract management for building, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

Daniel Bacon

Position: Co-Founder & Managing Director

Degree: Dipl.-Ing., Membership of Board of Architects and Engineers Berlin, Germany

Daniel Bacon is the Technical Director of gbc engineers. He graduated from Beuth University of Applied Sciences Berlin and has over 15 years of experience working in civil & structural projects in Germany, Vietnam and Cambodia. From 2011 to 2015, he was also a guest lecturer at Beuth University for reinforced concrete structures. Today, his focus is to lead engineering teams to complete projects as well as train and develop the company's engineers.

Karim Taous

Position: Associate Director, Building & Industry

Degree: M.Sc., Technische Universität Darmstadt

Karim Taous is the Associate Director of gbc engineers. He completed this master’s degree from the Technical University of Darmstadt, specializing in structural engineering. Before joining gbc engineers, he participated in many national and international projects, including the construction of a nuclear power plant in Ruppur, Bangladesh, under the direction of Professor Dr. Katzenbach.
