The project is located at Turmstrasse 65 / Gotzkowskistrasse 1, 10551 Berlin Moabit. This corner building in Tiergarten district, plot 45, land parcel 149 has a total size of 422 m2. The building has a commercial area i.e., pharmacy and shops on the ground floor. The upper floors shall be used as clinic and office area. The planned GFA is approximately 3.000 m² in total.

We provided civil and structural design services (LP2-6) and BIM services for this mixed-use development in Berlin Moabit. Our work ensured a strong, efficient foundation, optimizing design and collaboration for the commercial, clinic, and office spaces.
