Project Description

Ten residential buildings are being built on Tallinner Straße in Erfurt, together holding 135 residential units and four commercial units above a shared underground car park. Each building sits on a common basement level and rises three to five storeys:

• Houses 6, 10 and 9 each have a basement, a ground floor and two upper floors.
• Houses 4, 8 and 7 each have a basement, a ground floor and three upper floors.
• Houses 1, 2, 3 and 5 each have a basement, a ground floor and four upper floors.

Our Work

Our scope spans the structural design at work stage 5 (LP5), the precast workshop design and BIM services for all ten buildings, covering approximately 26.757 sqm of gross floor area.
