New construction of the Moosrosenweg Nord residential quarter, consisting of six residential buildings (A to F) with five to six above-ground floors and an underground parking garage.

• Construction sites A, B, C and D comprise a basement, a ground floor and five upper floors.
• Construction sites E and F comprise a basement, a ground floor and six upper floors.

Our Work

Our scope covers the structural design and BIM services for the six residential buildings and the underground parking garage, ensuring structural stability and efficient coordination across 76,084 sqm GFA.
