The headquarters building of the Lower Saxony Medical Association is divided into two sections based on use: the west wing (Structures I-IV), with two basement levels, a ground floor and two upper floors, and the east wing (Structures VI-X), with two basement levels, a ground floor and eight upper floors. A central, multi-storey access area connects both wings.
