Project Description

The new construction project of a residential building in Berlin aims to meet the highest green building standards. The project consists of three houses: House 1, House 2A, and House 2B, all sharing a common basement. 

- House 1 includes one basement floor, one first floor, six upper floors, one technical floor, and one attic floor.
- House 2A has one basement floor, one first floor, five upper floors, and one attic floor. 
- House 2B features one basement floor, one first floor, six upper floors, and one attic floor.

The entire property has a gross floor area of approx. 36,000 sqm metres.

Our Work

Our work covers the design of the common basement, as well as the structural elements of each building, including the floors, beams, columns, and roofs. Additionally, we are responsible for ensuring the integration of sustainable construction methods and materials, optimizing the design for energy efficiency, and supporting the overall performance of the building in line with green building certifications.
