This project involves the new construction of an inner-city commercial park with two buildings, including a transformer station, at Goerzallee 303, 14167 Berlin OT Lichterfelde. In addition to two commercial halls with a total of 6 units, the upper floors will include adjoining mezzanine office and service areas. The hall areas offer a guaranteed clear height of 8 m, corresponding to a maximum storage height of 7.5 m. Each unit has loading bridges (dock levelers) and ground-level doors, and the hall roofs are equipped with a photovoltaic system.
The development has a gross floor area of approximately 7,753 m².
Our primary focus is on the workshop design of the precast elements used throughout the two commercial halls, as well as coordinating the BIM model throughout the design process.
