Project Description

gbc engineers provides engineering services for Data Center FRA165 in Liederbach, Germany, located next to the existing FRA145 data center at Sindlinger Weg 3, 65835 Liederbach. FRA145 and FRA165 form part of a coordinated development, with FRA145 designated as Building A and FRA165 as Building B.

The FRA165 building consists of a ground floor, two mezzanine floors, a roof and a generator yard, with a total gross floor area of approximately 30,199 m² and a planned IT capacity of 44.00 MW.

Our Work

Our primary focus is on the structural design of the new data center building, from schematic design through detailed and construction design. This includes structural schematic design (SD), structural detailed design (DD) and structural construction design (CD), as well as coordinating the BIM model throughout the design process.
