gbc engineers is supporting the new construction of Data Center FRA165 in Liederbach, Germany, planned next to the existing FRA145 data center at Sindlinger Weg 3, 65835 Liederbach. The two buildings are being designed in parallel, with FRA145 designated as Building A and FRA165 as Building B.
The FRA165 building consists of a ground floor, two mezzanine floors, a roof and a generator yard, with a total gross floor area of approximately 30,199 m² and a planned IT capacity of 44.00 MW.
Our primary focus is on the structural design of the new data center building, from schematic design through detailed and construction design. This includes structural schematic design (SD), structural detailed design (DD) and structural construction design (CD), as well as coordinating the BIM model throughout the design process.
