Jean Monnet II is the European Commission's headquarters complex in Luxembourg City. It comprises two phases: a seven-storey building and a 90-meter office tower with 23 storeys above four basement levels, together totaling 190,500 sqm of gross floor area. The complex accommodates 3,600 staff.
