Project Description

The project involves the construction of a new data center with an adjoining office/ storage area, a generator building and the construction of 23 parking spaces. The walls will be approximately 5m high with continuity reinforcement at intermediate levels. The buildings will be constructed 1 level at a time. The entire building consists of:

- The main building has a 3-storey non-roofed industrial building and an adjoining 4-storey office building in reinforced concrete and ground plan dimensions of approx. 55m x 61m. Above the data center is a 2-storey technical platform in steel construction.  

- The generator building is a 3-storey building for emergency power generators and pump rooms with no basement in reinforced concrete. A technical platform in steel construction is planned on the roof.

- Adjoining tank facilities for diesel and sprinkler water.

- The foundation of entire building is built on an elastically bedded floor slab.

The entire object comprises approx. 16.880 sqm gross floor area.
